My goal with this blog is to provide readers, as well as writers (aspiring, professional, and hobbyists) with a light-hearted resource. You see, I'm not here to talk about writing technique, discuss the politics of the publishing biz, or shamelessly promote myself and my work. The writing world has quite enough of that. I feel that focusing on my personal life will be of no interest to anyone except my friends, and discussing the craft and business of writing at length, while attracting writers, may bore readers. Also, there are enough people with blogs spouting their opinions on everything out there without me adding to their number.

We all need a break sometimes. I intend to provide readers and writers alike with a place where they can forget about their work and have a little fun. Hence my site's motto, "Leave Your World Behind." Though this site bears my name, it's not just about me. It's about kicking back, seeing some sites, and maybe even getting a cheap laugh or three.

This issue could be caused by a number of factors. Here are a few things which can help solve your problem.

1. Make sure you have the proper plugin installed. You will need to have Macromedia Flash installed on your computer in order for the videos to play.
   
   
2. The average bitrate for the videos on this site range anywhere from 200kbps to 600kbps. You need a broadband internet connection in order to view them. Dial-up users will not be able to view them without waiting an extremely long time for the vids to download. I'm sorry, but if you're on a dial-up modem, you're out of luck.
